The Janshkti Sewa Samiti, a Noida based social organisation, put forth its long-standing demand for up-gradation of security in the city before  SSP of Noida and Greater Noida police Vaibhav Krishna .    

A delegation of the Samiti, led by its chairman, Ravi Kant Mishra, met Vaibhav Krishna at his office in Surajpur to discuss its demand.   

Mishra said that they have taken up the issue of crimes in the city with the top cop. 

Installation of CCTV cameras, increased use of electronic gadgets, police patrolling, digital police control rooms, dog squad and fingerprint experts are the demands taken up for discussion with the SSP.

These measures, Mishra said were necessary for the improvement of law and order situation in the city.

The delegation impressed upon the police officer that CCTV surveillance is necessary for the city as it helps identify the accused and thereby makes it easy to track down. 

The delegation was satisfied with the meeting as they said the officer gave them a patient hearing -and assured them of all-out efforts for immediate implementation of some of their suggestions in the direction of providing them better security.

A N Dhawan, chief patron, Viresh Tiwari, president of the Samiti, Shivpal Singh, General Secretary, Anil Mishra, Patron, Narendra Chopda, Senior Vice-president, Pragya Pathak, Rajendra Shukla, Jyoti Chaturvedi, Sanjeev Kaushik, Sudhir Kaushik, Rohan Pandit, Atul Sharma, Deepak Bhardwaj and others were present during the meeting.
