Gurugram: Tulip Ivory gets new RWA

Gurugram: Residents of Tulip Ivory, a residential society in Sector 70, on Sunday elected a new governing body for their RWA. While president, vice-president and general secretary were elected uncontested, election was held for the post of joint secretary and executive members.

Out of 99 members of the society, 48 participated in the election process. The returning officer, Col. Balraj Rathee, declared the results after the election process.

While Brig. (Retd.) Mohan Chandra Pant and Jayant Erickson were elected president and vice-president respectively, Ashish Saxena was elected to the post of general secretary. Vaibhav Tyagi is the new joint secretary and Rajat Jain held the post of treasurer. The other elected executive members include Manoj Rajawat, Sumit Bhasin, Rajesh Bang, Vipul Aggarwal and Vishal Bora.

Talking to CitySpidey, the president designate Brig. (Retd.) Mohan Chandra Pant expressed his gratitude to the residents and said that the new RWA would work for the betterment of the society. 

He said, “Our first priority is to build harmony among people and work in a cordial manner as people are still in the process of shifting. There is a lot of scope for the improvement of the facilities in the society. We will focus on enhancing greenery and cleanliness in the society. We will work together to provide better facilities and improve quality of life in the society.”
