Noida: A big chunk of ceiling plaster fell down on Wednesday at a flat in Supertech Capetown, a high rise in Sector 74, Noida. The incident has caused uproar in the society. The residents are now in fear and alleging the builder for using low-quality construction materials.  

Residents informed that owners of the flat, especially family and children escaped unhurt as the incident happened at a time when the children were in the school. 

They said that the incident happened when they were out during afternoon. The flat is on 19th floor in residential tower CS-2. 

According to residents, ceiling plaster of hall has come down because the developer had used low quality construction materials. 

They said that earlier the developer had given excuse that the plaster was falling because of heat during the warm weather. But what happened now when the weather is cold. They said that the developer should accept it that they used low quality materials during construction.

Residents had immediately informed the maintenance staffs for repairing them. They have taken prompt action and quickly started the repairing of the damage portion of the flat.
