Greater Noida: Residents of Exotica Dreamville, a highrise in Greater Noida, elected its governing body (Apartment Owners Association) on Sunday.
In the election of AOA, Bhanu Pratap Singh elected as President, Ganesh Kumar Singh as Secretary, Rakesh Chandra Jha as Vice President, Mahesh Joshi as Treasurer, Bihari Lal Verma as Joint Secretary and Pooja Arora, Naresh Chandra Bansal, and Sujit Kumar Singh as executive members.
Managing Director of Exotica Housing, Dinesh Jain congratulated AOA President Bhanu Pratap Singh along with all the newly elected members of governing body and applauded peaceful participation of residents of Dreamville in the elections.
The local police administration, Exotica Housing management officials and working employees made significant contribution in the election process, which was appreciated by all the residents.
The process of election of AOA was started with general body meeting in August. After the formation of AOA, now the maintenance of the society will be looked after by team of new governing body. Having 1,704 units, over 1,200 families are residing in the society.
