A group of residents from Assotech Windsor Court in Noida’s Sector 78 along with the builder’s representative met an official of Noida authority to raise several issues related to the society on Saturday.
The residents had earlier met the official and discussed several issues of the society on October 24. The meeting on Saturday was the follow up of the same.
Taking to CitySpidey, Giriraj, a resident of Assotech Windsor Court said that there was very little action after the first meeting.
However, as per residents, the Noida Authority’s official took a strong stand and warned the General Manager that if the work is not undertaken with due urgency, the authority will not allow the handover of the flats.
The official also instructed to install the fire fighters in the society by the end of this month and has given February 28, 2020 as the last date to complete all fire management related work.
Problems related to electricity, water, sewage and lift were raised in the meeting again.
In the next meeting scheduled for November 23, the residents plan to take up the issue of multi-point electricity connection. A concrete plan for Ganga water connection and connection of the drainage system to the mainline will also be taken up.
