Residents will now have easy access to online services in the city as the interface of Noida Industrial Development Authority's website has been revamped with the change that makes it user-friendly. The new-look official website of the authority has been thrown open for public.
Ritu Maheshwari, chief executive officer of the authority, unveiled the website, www.noidaauthorityonline.in, on Tuesday during an event organised at the board room of the authority.
The website is redesigned in compliance with the guidelines of the Central government, under which the services have become more transparent than they used to be in the past.
Now that the website is streamlined, citizens can access all the information they are looking for on the decisions, orders and of new happenings easily. Among several new tabs is 'citizens' grievance registration', through which one can lodge his/her complaints about the services.
A feature of the website gives details about the policy for ease of doing business, officers contact details, details of important projects and revised rate of industrial and residential plots etc.
