Greater Noida: Residents of Ace City, a highrise residential society in Greater Noida West on Sunday celebrated 550th Guru Nanak Jayanti with all excitement and gaiety.
Residents from nearby societies also participated on the occasion. Area MLA Tejpal Nagar was the chief guest at the celebration.
After the celebrations, a community feast was organised at the venue. The members of Sukhmani Sahib Seva Jatha also planted trees at the green belt located in front of the society.
They appealed to people to plant trees to save the environment. They also asked people to refrain from single-use plastic.
