The direction is an outcome of a mediation meeting, which was chaired by Shruti, ACEO and R K Singh, OSD with the authority, held on November 19.

Residents, especially office bearers of the association, which  included Mahesh Yadav, Vice-President, Praveen Bhardwaj, Treasurer and Krishnendu Aditya, former member and developer of the society and Anil Sharma, GL Khera, and Nitish Arora, Director of Supertech, realty major were present.

Arun Sharma, President of the association, Supertech Capetown said that they raised issues of insufficient water supply, open parking, handover of society, outsourcing of community centre by the developer to vendors.

They have also reminded that the authority had earlier ordered the developer to comply with the order given after the previous mediation meeting which was held on June 4.

He said that after listening to them, the ACEO directed the developer for handover of the society to AOA, vacating vendors from community centre. The officer also instructed the developer for making a fresh application for enhancing water supply capacity.

He said, “The developer has strictly been told not to sell the open space as parking lot as it is common property of the society and authorising any one its exclusive use is illegal.”

“The meeting culminated with officer directing the developers to submit a plan in writing with timelines to execute all these in a week's time,” Sharma informed.
