The Gurugram Traffic Police carried out a special campaign against errant auto drivers and take stern action against them. These auto drivers flout traffic rules and thereby jeopardize road safety.
During the drive, the traffic police checked documents of auto drivers at various intersections of the city. Action was taken against those who did not have the required documents.
During the drive, traffic police personnel issued challans against 443 auto drivers and impounded 49 vehicles.
The action came after receipt of many complaints against the auto drivers.
