The two MLAs instructed the MCG officials to ensure proper cleaning system, sewerage cleaning in the area. A plan has been made to deal with the problem of waterlogging during the rainy season in which the nodal body is GMDA.

The MLA said that it should be ensured whether rain water harvesting can be done at the places where waterlogging takes place. They also said that if it was possible, then places  should be identified and proper arrangements should be made. Along with this, they also stressed upon strict implementation of solid waste management rules 2016 and ensure bulk waste generators to disposed off their waste as per the rules. The MCG officials said that they have issued notices to bulk waste generators and arrangements for composting have been made at many places.

Addressing the officials, Gurugram MLA Sudhir Singla and Badshahpur MLA Rakesh Daulatabad said that the civic body will ensure that Gurugram becomes a clean, green and beautiful city.

They said that much work needs to be done, especially in horticulture. Officers were directed to prepare plans for the entire city and they would provide all possible help at the government level.

MLA Rakesh Daulatabad said that he will soon introduce an incentive bill to the government officials and employees so that those doing better work in government offices like private institutions can get incentives.
