Noida: In response to a complaint of inflated use of floor area ratio (FAR ), a team comprising three senior officers of Noida Industrial Development Authority visited Antriksh Golf View-2, a high rise in Sector 78 on Sunday and took measurement of built up areas.
Residents of the society had lodged complaint against the developer of the society for erecting a building in excess of the approved FAR. They had also complained of incomplete mechanical car parking lots, lack of potable water and common area maintenance charge being collected by the developer.

Considering the above complaints, the team, which included Badrinath, Mukesh and Sudhir Mishra, conducted a thorough ground inspection of the society in the presence of residents, including Dinanath Mishr, Yogendra, Veena Verma, Nitin Ranjan and others. On the occasion, the residents apprised the officers all their grievances.
The officers assured the residents of corrective steps in case their allegations are found true. They will now prepare detailed reports to be presented before the higher authority. The authority will, in turn, issue a directive in this regard.
