DJB opens zonal office for water bills, grievances

New Delhi: Solving the problem of those who cannot remit their water bills online or through other modes of payment like Paytm etc., Delhi Jal Board (DJB) opened its zonal revenue office near Ras Vihar apartment, Vinod Nagar. Consumers can now submit their water bills or raise their grievances from 10.30 am to 2.30 pm daily except on Sundays and second Saturdays.

Customers from any zone can submit their water bills at a single counter. Grievances regarding water quality can also be registered. People from adjacent areas like  Mandawali, Madhi Vihar, Press apartment, East Vinod Nagar etc. can also raise their bill related problem at the office. 

Ashok Kumar, a resident of Saraswati Kunj, said, “I cannot pay our bills online or through Paytm or other any other mode as I not technology savvy. The new zonal office will ease my problem. It is just 200 metres away from my home so I can easily submit my water bill.”
