Noida Sector 17A gets a gym and a gate

Residents and RWA members of Sector 17A Noida were a happy lot on Saturday. They had not one, but two reasons to cheer about. One, the opening of the main gate of the sector and two, an open gym, both were inaugurated simultaneously. 

Both, the gate and the open gym, were inaugurated by the senior most female residents of the sector, Munni Devi Khaitan, 86, and Lakshmi Sangal, 85. The gate was the result of efforts of Mrs Pratima  Singhal and Mrs Renu Chauhan which was constructed keeping in mind the safety of the residents.

The open gym approved by the Noida Authority was also inaugurated by the RWA members, including Bhuvnesh Kharbanda, president, Dr. Sushma Sharma, vice-president,  Renu Chauhan, secretary.
 
Natasha Singhal, treasurer, and executive member, Pratima Singhal and Manisha Jain, were present on the occasion. 
The open gym has 17 types of equipment for different forms of exercises. This gym will be open for residents of the sector from tomorrow onwards.
