A delegation led by Sudha Sinha, general secretary, Federation of CGHS, Dwarka along with representatives of various sectors called on the Chief Engineer, DDA, Dwarka, AK Agrawal at his office today. Problems faced by societies of Dwarka were discussed with him and he assured quick action.
It was a successful interactive meeting. During the meeting, problems related to road repair, streetlights, condition of parks and other civic amenities were taken up with the official and urged him to take steps for a speedy solution.
The chief engineer assured of an immediate visit by DDA officials to attend the referred problems. This indicates seriousness on the part of the DDA to resolve pending issues.
Work on re-laying of service roads will start soon as assured by the DDA official who was positive to the Federation's request for a quarterly review meeting with him and his team of officials.
