Noida: Homebuyers of Antriksh Golf View-2, a high rise society in Sector 78, complained that the developer was resorting to dilatory tactics in resolving their complaints leading to delay in possession of the flats.
They said despite the orders issued by the Noida Industrial Development Authority, the developer was yet to resolve their issues relating to transfer of the housing units.
Following complaints of violation of building bye-laws and delayed transfer of homes to the buyers, the authority had served a notice to the developer of the society to resolve their issues on priority.
Possession of homes has been delayed for over two years even as the developer, the buyers alleged, was doing nothing to ensure early delivery of their homes.
They said that earlier a mediation meeting was held between the buyers and the builder in which the buyers had raised several issues such as construction, sale of stilt parking space, incomplete fire fighting equipment, installation of mechanical car park lots, incomplete development of sewerage treatment plant etc.
