Noida: To keep children safe from the extreme cold conditions, the administrations of Gautam Budh Nagar and Ghaziabad on Wednesday ordered closure of school from December 19-20.
All the government and private schools upto class XII will be closed for two days starting Thursday.
The colleges have also been closed for the above said period.
As per the administration, the decision was taken considering extreme cold conditions in the area.
The administrations have forwarded a copy of the order to principal of all the schools, sub-divisional magistrate, district education officers, SSP of respective districts asking them to comply with the order.
