Services hit on Delhi Metro's Blue Line due to technical snag

New Delhi: Commuters travelling on Delhi Metro's Blue Line on Monday faced a difficult time as trains were moving at a slow pace between Rajiv Chowk and Rajendra Place.

The services were affected on this line, which connects Dwarka in Delhi to Noida Electronic City/ Vaishali, due to the maintenance of the track.

"Slow movement of trains from Rajiv Chowk to Rajendra Place. Normal service on all other lines," the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) had tweeted.

DMRC had said that the movement will remain affected throughout the day. "Trains will continue to run with slow speed from Karol Bagh to Rajendra Place as maintenance is needed for track in this section, which will be carried out after service hours. We regret the inconvenience caused. Please allow for extra time in your commute," DMRC tweeted.
