Ghaziabad: To address civic issues of the residents of Crossings Republik, the Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA) has decided to hold a meeting every month. The authority will conduct the meeting at the developer's (Crossings Infrastructure Pvt Ltd) (CIPL) office from January 2020.

The meeting will be held on every fourth day of the month. "In case the day falls on any official holiday, the meeting will be carried out on the next day," a GDA official said.

The authority has asked apex bodies of apartment owners association to take part in the meeting. It has invited two members each from Federation of Apartment Owners Association and Federation of Apartment Owners Association Crossings Republik. Apart from them, an executive engineer of GDA will also be present in the meeting.

Besides, the authority asked CIPL to send their two members in the meeting scheduled on January 4, 2020. "The residents have a feeling that the authority has sidelined their issues. Also, their issues have piled up. We are doing this for speedy redressal of their issues and to rebuild their faith," the official added.
