Gurugram: Officials of the Municipal Corporation of Gurugram (MCG) assured residents of a time-bound solution to all their civic problems. The assurance came during a weekly redressal of public grievances at three locations here on Sunday.

The grievance redressal meeting was held under the civic agency's 'Municipal Corporation at Doorstep of Citizens' campaign. The MCG officials reached out to the residents of ward numbers: 3, 28 and 33.

The meeting was held at Camera Museum in Chakarpur Village community center in Sectors 23 and 38 where the residents raised various civic issues including cleanliness, encroachment, streetlights, roads, sewerage, drinking water among others.

Executive Engineer, Amit Sandilya, along with Councillor Ravindra Yadav listened to the problems of the residents at Sector 23 community centre, while Executive Engineer Dharambir Malik and other officials noted the complaints at community center located in Sector-38 of Ward-28.

BJP leader, Anil Yadav, Joint Commissioner Hariom Atri, Executive Engineers Vivek Gill and Raman Yadav heard the their problems at Camera Museum Complex of Ward-33.

'Municipal Corporation at Doorstep of Citizens' is the outreach programme of the corporation which commenced on December 1 and will continue till January 25. It aims at solving the problems of each ward by bringing the officers and the public on one platform.
