GB Nagar: The district administration of Gautam Buddha Nagar on Thursday issued a public notice to six defaulters, including realty majors and individuals, for failing to pay dues against land allotment.
Official of the administration visited the sites of the respective allottees in the city and issued the public notice.
The developers who were issued public notice include Omaxe Connaught Place, Ansal Group, Ansal Hightech Pvt Ltd, Gayatri Hospital, a private firm, Palm Developer and Vardhman Estate Pvt Ltd, a realty firm. Recovery certificates were issued against them in the past also.
Omaxe Connaught Place owes dues of Rs Rs 38 crore, Ansal Group - Rs 1.64 crore, Ansal Hightech Pvt Ltd more than Rs 2 crore, Gayatri Hospital Rs 55 lakh, Palm Developer more than Rs 7 crore and Vardhman Estate Pvt Ltd Rs 45 lakh.
The defaulters have been a given a time period of 24 hours for clearing their dues failing which necessary action would be taken against them.
