Antriksh Golf View 2: People ask MLA to take action against delay in registry

Noida: The residents of Antriksh Golf View 2 recently held a meeting with MLA Pankaj Singh and officials of Noida Authority demanding action against the builder due to the delay in the registry of flats.

The meeting was held in the society's premises, where the residents raised four major issues regarding maintenance charge, mechanical parking, fire safety and no return of late possession fee by the builder.

Few residents also apprised that the flats were contructed in the space designated for parking. They said that the builder is now running away from his promises.

A resident talking to CitySpidey on condition of anonymity said, “The incidents of fire in highrises have been rampant. God forbid, if any such incident happens in our society then there is very less chance of fire brigades reaching to the spot because of space constraints.”

A dialogue was also done on the high maintenance charge of Rs 2.36 that the builder has been charging without providing any facility.

Based upon the provided information, Pankaj Singh has directed the management of the society and the authority officials to take the necessary action on priority basis keeping the residents in the loop.

The MLA also visited other societies of sector 7x (74-79) sectors and met other home buyers and residents regarding issues of their societies.
