Noida: Residents of Supertech Capetown, a high rise in Sector 74, proposed for making arrangements for first aid for senior citizens in the society.
The society has more than thousands of flats. The residents said that a person has to be rushed to a hospital if some incident happens with him/her. It takes several minutes to reach the hospital.
They believe that first aid arrangement in the society can bring immediate relief to the patient.
They cited that incidents of lift failure, plaster falling from ceiling etc is common in many societies including Capetown. In case a plaster falls on someone or a person gets frightened after being rescued from lift, a first aid may help to stablize the patient until emergency medical service arrives.
Therefore, the residents said, it would be good if a society has first aid arrangement, especially for senior citizens. They also said that other societies already has the facility.
