IMA endorses VLCC’s weight management programmes

In the fast-growing wellness services segment in India, weight management and wellness programmes of the leading beauty and wellness brand, the VLCC, now has the stamp of approval of the Indian Medical Association (IMA). The association has recommended the "Weight Management and Wellness Program" of the company. 

Announcing details of the same at a press conference at Le Meridian, New Delhi, on Wednesday, the VLCC claimed that it was the only weight management and wellness services player in the country to have been given such a rating by the IMA.

Approval of the weight management and wellness programmes came to the VLCC after a process carried out by the IMA with due diligence and audit of technical expertise covering the company's wellness and weight-management delivery process and results thereof.

Speaking on the occasion, Mrs. Vandana Luthra, founder and co-chairperson of the VLCC Group, said, "We are indeed encouraged to be recommended by the IMA. It is further affirmation that VLCC's scientifically validated solutions and delivery processes are safe and effective."
