Safety, security top priorities of newly elected AOA of Gaur City 4th Avenue

Greater Noida: The newly elected Apartment Owners Association (AoA) of Gaur City fourth Avenue in Greater Noida West took oath and held its first meeting on Thursday.

The election process in the society was started in mid-December last year and the results were declared on January 4. Ten members of the AoA were elected unopposed, out of which three are female members. Gaur City fourth avenue has six towers with 680 flats with over 1,500 occupants.

Talking to CitySpidey on the issues the AOA will undertake on priority, Sandeep Kumar Bansal, the elected president, said "We have decided to identify the gaps first and then formulate a plan for it after consulting with all the residents.”

Naming safety and security as the top priorities, Bansal said that looking at the on-going situation, the security of the residents is the most important agenda on the list.

The elected AOA members are Sandeep Bansal ( President), Varun Tyagi ( General secretary), Satyaveer Singh ( Joint Secretary), Har Singh Jodhan ( Vice President), Jitendra Kumar ( Treasurer), Pramod Yadav, Shrikhand Upadhyay, Uma Bandal, Kavita Saini and Sonia Pawar 

The members were swear in by CEO election committee Vivek Raman. The elected members promised to deliver their responsibility with absolute selflessness.
