Noida: Residents of Homes-121 on Saturday staged a protest demonstration at the developer's office in Sector 63 in support of their outstanding demands.
Prominent among the demands of the residents is the refund of the interest-free maintenance fund deposited them with the developer. Their grouse against the developer, Ajnara India Pvt. Ltd., is that it is not taking any steps to redress their grievances.
It has been four long years since the residents of the high rise in Sector-121 of Noida are agitating against the developer for not solving their problems. Finding no response is forthcoming from the developer, they resorted to the silent demonstration.
Dinesh Singh, former president of the society, said when they ask for the refund, the developer intimidates them with dire consequences.
