Dwarka: Seniors’ Hub Dwarka on Sunday organised a free laughter yoga session at Shyam Vatika Park, Sector 7. The programme was organised for the morning walkers of Dwarka and from Palam Village.  

The session was both entertaining and informative. People laughed to their heart’s content as practiced in the laughter yoga and updated themselves about its benefits. 

Durga Dass, laughter ambassador and founder president of the Lifestyle Club, conducted laughter yoga class. He was actively assisted by Ishvinder Pal Singh, a certified laughter yoga teacher from the community.

General secretary of the Seniors’ Hub and a resident of Harsukh Apartments Sector 7, Ravi Jaitely, informed that the response of the community people was so enthusiastic that they are planning to do it for them every weekend.

“People asked us to organise such sessions periodically. This is good for all of as it not only will give a health benefits but also will help in creating a bond with each other.

The participants of the laughter yoga session included Mr. and Mrs. Rakesh Mahajan from Shriniketan Apartments, Sector 7, LD Garg from and SK Sharma from Seniors’ Hub,  Sunil Seth from Rashi Apartments Sector 7,  BS Kalsi,  Sunil Baweja and Neeraj Batra from Kamal Vihar Apartments of Sector 7, Mr. and Mrs. Vinod Singh and  MT Samuels from Harsukh Apartments of Sector 7, Mahavir Solanki and  Bhagat from Palam Village, among others.
