Noida: The Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (UP-RERA) has launched an online platform for complainants where they can approach the government body directly.
The new process will eliminate the first round of paperwork which is required while making complaints. Complainants can now appeal to the UP-RERA via e-courts or online forms put up on the website.
Officials said that from now onwards, all the documentation work would be done online. Under the new arrangement, applicants would be able to interact with the officials to get their works done.
People would only be required to visit the court on hearings.
“The e-courts will ensure transparency, efficiency and effectiveness. We hope to get a good response for managing complaints through the digital process," Rajive Kumar, UP-RERA chairman talking to TOI said.
