Noida: Traffic diversion as tri-section at Haridarshan Chowki closed

Noida: Traffic police here have closed the tri-section at Haridarshan Chowki in Budh Vihar from February 5 owing to a heavy influx of traffic in the area. The alternate routes which can be taken to reach Delhi and vice versa are:

1. Commuters coming from Sector 11 and moving towards Sector 12 can take a left turn from the tri-section towards Delhi and then take a U-turn after the barricading ends.
2. Commuters from Sector 12 can move directly and take a straight road towards Delhi.
3. To enter Noida, commuters coming towards Sector 11 will be required to cover the barricaded stretch and then take a u-turn.

The traffic police have also issued an advisory for the 2020 Auto Expo in Greater Noida. People are requested to use the metro's aqua line and magenta line to avoid traffic rush at DND. A direct shuttle service has been put in place from Botanical Garden and Okhla Bird Sanctuary metro stations to reach the venue from February 6 to 12.

Additionally, e-rickshaws have been arranged to cover the 300-meter long stretch between Sector 51 and 52 metro station. People can use the Sector 51 metro line to reach Knowledge Park-II metro station from where the Auto Expo is 500 meters.
