Unlawful entry: Residents close Sikka Karmic Greens gate

Noida: Around a hundred residents of Sikka Karmic Greens, on Sunday, took out a protest march against unwanted entries in the society. 

So enraged were the residents that they went a step ahead by locking the gate to the commercial areas. They complained that the gate is opened for entry of the outsiders without security check. 

They complain that security checks are done at commercial areas adjacent to the high rise in Sector 78, Noida. Due to this, they say unwanted entries are taking place. Several illegally activities inside the society go unreported. 

To oppose the unwanted entries, the residents, including women, children and senior citizens, gathered at the society and taken out a protest march demanding the developer to ban these entries as they are causing safety and security concerns for them.     

Once they enter the society, they allegedly commit illegal activities in the commercial areas. It is not in the interest of the residents’ especially children’s safety, say the residents. 

They said that this has to be locked from safety point of view. Ant that the gate cannot be reopened before tight security arrangement are in place.
