Greater Noida: Body of a woman was recovered from the bushes near Yamuna Expressway on Thursday. As per the police, the deceased, who was 45-50-year-old, could not be identified as the head and face of the woman has been crushed beyond recognition.
Coming as does in the wake of rising cases of crime including gruesome killings, the recovery of the dead body can be linked to the law and order situation in the area.
Notably, the area around the expressway is also an entry point to various sectors of Noida and Greater Noida where most highrises are situated.
The woman's body was packed in plastic with brown tape all over hidden in a blanket, police said.
