Noida: 34th edition of the Noida Flower Show got off to a blooming start at Ramlila Ground Stadium in Sector 21A on Friday. It will remain open to visitors from 10 am to 8 pm till February 23. The show has much more to offer than a just visual treat.
As in the past, this time too, the exuberant event has everything that nature lovers look for. What then are you waiting for? Take time off your schedule before it's curtains for the show. This time around, it will last for additional days.
On the first day of the show, the enchanting sight of blossoming flowers lured many a anthophile. For many, the visit was an inspiration and a motivation to ready their domestic gardens for the upcoming summer.
A regular visitor to the annual flower exhibition, 70-year-old Sunita Kukreja, says, “I love gardening as it has been my cope-up mechanism.” According to her, the vibrant flowers not only offer a visual treat to her but also recharge the septuagenarian’s sense of smell.
“Each year, I borrow some concept from the show and implement it in my garden,” Kukreja declared.
