Greater Noida: With the appointment of Interim Resolution Professional (IRP) to resolve contention between the residents and the developer, things have gradually started improving at AVJ Heights, a highrise in Greater Noida.
As per the residents, the IRP has dissolved the management team which was running under the influence of developer and a private firm (BPG India) has been handed over its maintenance.
The security services of the society have been a bone of contention for a long time. Now, it has gradually started improving but there is still scope for further improvement. The situation was such that security guards, serving in the society, were not paid their salaries from last four months.
After the IRP started taking care of the management, the salaries of security guards were released.
A resident, who is aware with the development, talking to CitySpidey said, “We have at least found a sense of relief after IRP was appointed and management was replaced. Pending dues of security guards was a big burden because the previous management did not clear dues from last several months.”
To improve the security system in the society, the new management has provided new uniform to security guards. Also, to keep an eye on visitors in the society, a group of residents have developed a mobile application.
Vijay Kumar, one of the security guards talking to CitySpidey said, “We have received our dues of 15 days. We did not get our salary from January. Many of us have not received salaries of several months in 2019.”
