Greater Noida: A 55-year-old man jumped to death from his flat's balcony on the 20th floor of Saya Zion, a highrise in Greater Noida West.
The man has been identified as Kamal Bajaj and lived with his family in the tower H of the society.
When the incident took place, he and his wife were at home while their son was away for some work.
The family has been living in the house for the last one year and the man worked in a private company in Noida's Sector 62.
The reason of the act has not been ascertained. The body was sent for post-mortem.
As per an eye-witness, the man's body has been disfigured because of falling from such a height.
The matter is being investigated by the police.
In last one month, five cases of falling from highrise towers have been reported from Greater Noida West. Four lives were lost while one is undergoing treatment.
