Greno: Coronavirus awareness session at kids' carnival

Greater Noida: At a recently organised kids' carnival here, children and parents were given an awareness session about coronavirus.

Organised at Little Nurture School last week, the carnival was aimed at helping parents and parents spend quality time with each other.

But the most engaging part of the event was an awareness workshop of by Dr Viresh Budholia, chief medical officer at Kailash Hospital, Noida on coronavirus for young and adults. The workshop was all about how the virus can be kept at bay.

Dr Budholia explained to the children why personal hygiene is very important and how important it is to wash their hands frequently.

Many interactive activities were also arranged coupled with a cultural programme where children were seen performing singing and dancing on the stage.

A theme-based drawing competition along with a fancy dress competition and a baby show was not just a major attraction for the children but also for adults who cheered the adolescent walking the ramp wearing fancy attires.

Interestingly, Dr Budholia and his colleague Dr Atul Bhardwaj were also judges for the baby show. Children awarded for their performances.

The attendees were also teated to mouth-watering delicacies being served on the food stalls.
