Dwarka: Apeejay School of Management empowers elders with technical workshop

New Delhi: Apeejay School of Management conducted a half day workshop on ‘Making Elders Tech Smart’ in Dwarka on Saturday. 

It was a fourth workshop in the series and was an initiative taken by OP Khanduja, Executive Director, Apeejay School of Management with an intention to make senior population more empowered and to make them continue to lead independent lives. 

The theme of the workshop was App-Based Learning. 21 elders from Dwarka, age varying from 60 years to 80 years participated in the program. 

The workshop started with a welcome address by OP Khanduja followed by the training given by faculty and assisted by the student volunteers of the Institute. 

The program was highly appreciated by all the participants. So far, five workshops have been conducted for elders, each of which had different course outline. 

Approximately 120-150 elders have been benefited.
