Ghaziabad: A free health check-up camp was held at Saya Zenith, a highrise in Indirapuram, on Saturday for the house-helps and guards of the society.

The camp was organised in the memories of Pankaj Dixit, by his brother Ajit Dixit, a resident of the society. Some 130 people benefited from the Pankaj Dixit Memorial free health check-up camp. Few senior citizens of the society were also seen availing the services.

Talking to CitySpidey, Ajit Dixit said, “This camp was arranged in the memory of my brother who died seven years ago in a road accident. Every year, I organise a Bhandara but this year I wanted to do something different for these people who work for us in the society”.

Dixit added, “I am into healthcare sector and understand that our domestic helpers also need medical support hence I decided to arrange this camp for them.”

A team of four doctors including Dr Virendra Singh, Dr Amit Jain, Dr Devashri Jain and Dr Prashant dedicated their time to see a row of patients who flooded the club house of the society.

A free of cost blood test was also carried out, the reports of which will be available for collection from the maintenance office.
