Gurugram: Gurugram on Tuesday reported 87 fresh coronavirus cases taking the total tally to 5,347. A total of 79 persons recovered taking the district recovery rate to 74.1 per cent as per the daily health bulletin.
Covid-19 fatalities in Gurugram district now reached 91 with one fatality reported on Tuesday. Of the total coronavirus deaths in the district, 56 had co-morbidity and 35 were without co-morbidity.
So far, a total of 3,961 patients have been discharged after recovery in the district.
The number of active cases in the district is now 1,289, of which, 58 are hospitalised at dedicated Covid hospitals. 359 are under observation at dedicated Covid healthcare centres whereas 44 are under observation at district Covid care centre. 828 patients are in home isolation.
Meanwhile, 338 new cases have been reported during the 24-hours period in the Haryana state.
Till date, a total of 14,548 positive cases reported from the state while active cases counted to 4,340. The state has so far reported 236 deaths while 9,972 people have been discharged after recovery.
The state's recovery rate on Tuesday was 68.55 per cent.
