Noida: Uttar Pradesh’s Gautam Budh Nagar on Wednesday crossed 3,000 mark in terms of coronavirus cases with 81 fresh cases reported in the last 24 hours.
The total number of positive cases has now reached 3,010.
226 patients were discharged during the last 24 hours period, taking the overall number of recoveries to 2,011 in the district.
As of now, the number of active cases is 969. Death toll reached 30 on Wednesday.
The district recovery rate rose to 66.81 per cent on Wednesday. It was 60.81 per cent on Tuesday, 62.23 per cent on Monday and 63.61 per cent on Sunday.
Meanwhile, Uttar Pradesh reported 1,196 new cases during the 24 hours period. The state tally of active cases stands at 9,980, while 20,331 patients have been discharged. Covid-19 fatalities in the state now reached 845.
