Gurugram: With 111 new cases of coronavirus, the Gurugram district tally rose to 6,578, said the official data on Friday.
However, in a relief, the total number of recovered patients count rose to 5,507 with 130 patients getting discharged after recovery during the 24 hours period, the health bulletin said. The district recovery rate stood at 83.71 per cent.
As of now, the total number of active cases is 968, of which 30 are hospitalised at dedicated COVID hospitals. 168 are under observation at dedicated COVID healthcare centres whereas 49 are under observation at district COVID care centre. 721 patients are in home isolation.
The district's overall number of COVID-19 fatalities stood at 103.
Meanwhile, 565 fresh cases have been reported on Friday, taking the state Covid-19 tally to 19,934. So far, 290 deaths have been reported in the state with three more deaths linked to coronavirus disease, the state health bulletin said.
A total of 394 patients recovered in the last 24 hours taking the tally to 14,904 with a recovery rate of 74.77 per cent. As of now, the number of active cases counted is 4,740.
