Gurugram: Gurugram’s Covid-19 tally has crossed 7,000 mark on Tuesday with 160 fresh cases reported in the district, taking the tally to 7,126, the daily health bulletin said.

The district’s overall number of deaths due to coronavirus has reached 109 with two more people succumbing to the disease in the last 24 hours, it said.

The total number of recovered patients counted to 5,932 with 124 patients getting discharged after recovery during the 24 hours period, the health bulletin said.

The district recovery rate stood at 83.24 per cent.

The total number of active cases has risen to 1,085, of which 20 are hospitalised at dedicated Covid hospitals. 155 are under observation at dedicated Covid healthcare centres whereas 59 are under observation at district Covid care centre. 851 patients are in home isolation.

Meanwhile, with 699 new cases, Haryana’s Covid-19 tally pushed to 22,628. However, in a relief, 453 patients were discharged after recovery in the last 24 hours, taking the total number of recovered patients to 17,090 with a recovery rate of 75.53 per cent, the state health department said.

The state death toll counted to 312 with 4 more fatalities reported in the last 24 hours, it said.
As of now, the number of active cases counted to 5,226. The state positivity rate of covid-19 stood at 5.9 per cent while the doubling rate is now 21 days.
