Gurugram: On Wednesday, 82 new cases were reported while 145 patients recovered, according to the daily health bulletin. The district’s Covid-19 tally has now reached 7,208 while a total of 6,077 patients have been recovered so far, the bulletin said.
The district’s overall number of deaths due to coronavirus has reached 110 with one more fatality linked to deadly disease reported in the last 24 hours, it said.
The district recovery rate rose to 84.30 per cent from 83.24 per cent on Tuesday, the data showed.
The total number of active cases has declined to 1,021, of which 19 are hospitalised at dedicated Covid hospitals. 145 are under observation at dedicated Covid healthcare centres whereas 64 are under observation at district Covid care centre. 793 patients are in home isolation.
Meanwhile, Haryana’s Covid-19 tally reached 23,306 with 678 fresh cases reported on Wednesday, the state health department said.
The state death toll counted to 319 with seven more fatalities reported in the last 24 hours, it said.
As of now, the number of active cases rose to 5,320 while 577 patients were discharged after recovery in the last 24 hours, taking the total number of recovered patients to 17,667 with a recovery rate of 75.80 per cent, the health bulletin said.
The state positivity rate of Covid-19 stood at 5.91 per cent while the doubling rate is now 21 days.
