Dwarka: A bus stand is in pathetic condition for a long period of time at Sector 3, Dwarka. It is operating with a damaged rooftop diluting the idea of giving proper shelter to people. It was in the same state two years ago.
The said bus stand is near Kairali Apartments and Deen Dayal Upadhyay College in Sector 3. It is located along the master plan road dividing Sector 3 and 13.
Residents angrily informed that the rooftop has been in damaged condition for more than two years. The bus stop is at a walking distance from the office of area's MLA, Gulab Singh Yadav.
During the rainy season, people find it difficult to stand under the shelter to board a bus of Delhi Transport Corporation (DTC).
The particular bus queue shelter is in such a location that buses plying on many busy routes stop there. It sees a large number of passengers.
The bus shelter's pathetic condition is raising several questions on the approach of the authorities.
