Gurugram: Gurugram on Wednesday reported 91 new coronavirus cases, pushing the district tally to 8,912, according to the district health department.
The district has crossed the one lakh mark in conducting Covid tests with 1,00,188 samples getting tested so far, data showed.
The death toll increased to 122 with one more person succumbing to deadly disease in the last 24 hours, it showed.
So far, 7,771 patients have been recovered from the infection with 92 patients getting discharged after recovery in the last 24 hours in the district, the health bulletin said.
The district recovery rate stood at 87.19 per cent.
The total number of active cases now counted to 1,019, of which 5 are hospitalised at dedicated Covid hospitals. 74 are under observation at dedicated Covid healthcare centres whereas 142 are under observation at district Covid care centre. 798 patients are in home isolation.
Meanwhile, Haryana state recorded 755 new cases and seven deaths linked to coronavirus on Wednesday. The overall number of positive cases now counted to 33,631, while the deadly virus has claimed 413 lives so far in the state, the state health bulletin said.
A total of 662 patients have been recovered in the last 24 hours taking the tally of recovered patients to 26,420 in the state. The recovery rate slightly improved to 78.56 per cent from 78.35 per cent on Tuesday and 77.96 per cent on Monday, the data showed.
At present, the number of active cases stood at 6,798. The number of positive patients in critical care rose to 147, among these, 129 patients are on oxygen support, while 18 on ventilators.
The state Covid-19 positivity rate counted to 5.83 per cent while the fatality rate stood at 1.23 per cent. The state doubling rate of coronavirus cases is 24 days.
