New Delhi: Under the Unlock 3 plan of Centre, the Delhi government has decided to allow opening of hotels, hospitality services, operation of street hawkers. Also, the night curfew between 10 pm and 5 am to be lifted from the national capital.

Moreover, the weekly baazars will be allowed to operate for a week on a trial basis. It was allowed on a trial basis to check whether the Covid guidelines, such as social distancing, are being adhered by the people or not.
However, the official order for relaxation is expected to come on Saturday.

On the other hand, although the Centre has given a go ahead for opening of gyms and yoga centres, the Delhi government is yet to take a final call on it.

As per reports, the Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal will take a decision on opening of gyms and yoga centres in a week’s time after consulting all the stakeholders in the city.

Among other decisions, the marriage/events can now be held with a restriction of 50 people at banquet halls. Banquet halls come under the hospitality services.

“These decisions are in continuation of several important decisions taken by CM Arvind Kejriwal in the past few days to ensure Delhi’s economy, which was impacted severely by the lockdown, gets back on track,” a statement issued by the CMO read.
