Noida: A 45-year-old woman allegedly fell from 17th floor apartment of Fusion Homes in Noida Extension on Friday.
As per police, she was a fourth-class employee at the Irrigation Department in Meerut.
She had come to her son’s flat a few days back. She came to Noida to take care of her newly born granddaughter.
Her son said that she fell from the balcony accidently. However, the police are suspecting it to be a case of suicide.
“She jumped from the 17th floor of the society and died of suicide. The body has been sent for post mortem,” the media cell said on behalf of the Bisrakh SHO.
But as per the residents of the society, she was in good spirits and was not upset on Friday.
