Guess what Tayaji of Udta Punjab has to say about Noida and G'gaon!

Our garish Tayaji from Udta Punjab never misses a chance to catch up with friends and family whenever he is in Delhi. Funny man Satish Kaushik, a Delhi progeny, keeps coming back to his childhood—to the Delhi gallis he grew up in and to its people. However, we caught up with him recently to take a bite or two on City Spidey's prime areas of focus and this is what he says:

On Gurgaon

"My friends and sister stay in Gurgaon. I often come to meet them. I feel pretty amazed at how what was once a small dusty, agricultural village has now morphed into a city with the third highest per capita income in India. The city today has 50 per cent of the Fortune 500 companies. It has some remarkable architecture and the skyline is dotted with skyscrapers. You feel like you are almost in Europe.”

On Noida

"Noida means work for me. The city is a part of the Indian entertainment industry now. You have news channels, new production houses and many film and media institutes. The city is fast catching up as a place for outdoor shoots too.”

That certainly should sound like music to G-Towners and Noida residents.
