World Literacy Day observed at office of DCP in Dwarka

Dwarka: World Literacy Day was observed on Tuesday at the office of DCP, Dwarka. The theme was ‘Corona’, on which children from an NGO Choti Si Khushi made slogans and paintings.

They made the slogans and paintings based on the theme and the role of police for the safety and security of the community amid the coronavirus pandemic. DCP Dwarka, SK Meena shared his views about the awareness and precaution measures with the kids.

Additional DCP RP Meena said that children would bring a change in awareness for the disease. He inspired children to make their parents and friends aware about ways to safeguard themselves from coronavirus.

The paintings and slogans were displayed on the occasion. As said by the police officials, the paintings of the kids would be displayed at the police stations. Children were given prizes and certificates for their creations.
Additional DCP Satish Kumar, DCP Probation Deepika were also present on the occasion.

From Choti Si Khushi, officials like Namitha Chaudhary, Seema Joshi, Indu Garg, Ramneet Kaur and others were present.
