Noida: The society management board of Prateek Fedora, a highrise in Sector 61, Noida, successfully convened a general body meeting at the society to present the balance sheet. It received considerable response from members as they have turned out in considerable numbers to put forth their views for making society a better place to live in.
Namit Gautam, President of Prateek Fedora’s Apartment Welfare Association said that it was conducted in compliance with instructions issued by the concerned authorities for curbing the spread of Covid-19. He said that the association obtained prior permission from the concerned authority for convening the meeting in the ongoing challenging times.
He said that social distancing was maintained throughout the meet held on Sunday (September 27). A total of 35 members turned up for the meeting and they presented their views and suggestions on several issues concerning them. The board patiently listened and responded to their queries for having better clarity on all issues and work.
Gautam said that the board approved the proposal presented for revision of power tariff in the society. He said that communication made with power distribution company for conversion of single point connection to multipoint electricity supply connection.
He said that the association sought clarification from the company on issues. Following a satisfactory response from it, they may consider switching to multipoint supply connections.
