New Delhi: The Noida Authority has strictly told developer of Supertech Capetown, highrise in Sector 74, to clear open area in the society.

According to a complaint made by a resident to the authority, the developer converted open areas into parking lots and also sold them to many individuals in the society.

Acting on the complaint, the authority recently served a notice and reminded the developer to restore the open areas as per the approved building plan.

It also told the developer that he would have to come forward with compliance report, containing details that the open areas are clear from any illegal occupancy, within stipulated period of fifteen days.

The notice said that the developer was already served notice for the compliance in 2019. It is being reminded that the authority is giving final notice, failing which, it would initiate actions as per the lease deed and approved building plan.

The residents of the society told that the developer is still trying to sell remaining parking lots to individuals in the society.
