Noida: Residents of Prateek Laurel, a highrise in Sector 120, on Sunday gave a complete mandate to 'Team For Change' panel to serve the society and make it a better place to live in.
They voted members of the ruling panel out of the power. They lost the election to contestants from team for change, which is the name of the winning panel. The new team defeated the opposition by a big margin.
Elated over his team’s victory, Uday Kumar Jain said that all the ten contestants, who fought election under the banner of team for change, have won the election with a big margin.
Jain, who had held the position of secretary and president of the Apartment Owner Association of the society in the earlier three different tenures, thanked residents for giving his team a mandate in the election.
He said, “We would try to live up to the expectation of residents as they voted in favour of our team. We will work to fulfil all the promises made while campaigning for the election.”
The election committee declared BD Vairagi, Ajai Kumar Singh, Prabhat Mani Vats, Krishna Kumar Agnihotri, Rajnish Kumar, Parveen Kumar Goyal, Parvesh Naini, Avinash Kumar, Subhash Veer Rana and Uday Kumar Jain winners shortly after the counting completed on Sunday late evening.
The Panel has unanimously elected Rajnish Kumar as President, Uday Kumar Jain as Vice President, Prabhat Vats as Secretary and Ajai Kumar Singh as Treasurer.
